• If you reschedule within 7 days, your deposit and any paid amount will be credited toward the new rental date at no extra charge

Additional space near the hitch and rear doors is needed for setup and access. Units can be placed on most surfaces and include anti-slip steps for safe entry.

• Minimum length: 28′ feet
• Width: 10′ feet to allow for side and rear access
• Additional clearance: 5–6′ feet for door swing and drop-off setup

These units are ideal for on-site cold storage where ground-level access is preferred.

Most units operate on a standard 120-Volt / 15-amp or 20-amp circuit. Larger trailers and containers may require 240-Volt / 30-amp single-phase or 480-Volt three-phase power. If placed outdoors, a GFCI outlet is required. Most household and commercial outlets meet these requirements.

Yes. Many of our refrigerated trailers and freezer containers can run on generators. We offer generator rentals to ensure you have the power you need. Just let us know during booking.

Units can be placed up to 100 feet from the power source. We provide up to 100 feet of extension cord with each rental. If your site requires more distance, we’ll arrange a generator to be placed nearby.

No. We are not certified electricians. Clients are responsible for ensuring power is available and accessible at the time of delivery. Our team will complete setup and testing once power is confirmed.

Units do not come with built-in generators, but we can provide one if needed. Let us know your power setup and we’ll make sure you’re covered.

All trailers and containers require an electrical connection. They are electric-powered, clean, and quiet — ideal for commercial and emergency use.

Yes. Depending on the unit size and type, they can operate on generators ranging from 4,500 Watts (for 120 Volt / 15 Amp units) to 10,000 Watts (for 240 Volt / 30 Amp units).
