What are the electrical requirements for a rental?

Most of our units depending on the type you require, run on a standard 120-Volt / 15-amp or 20-amp circuit. Our larger units including typically operate on 240-Volt / 30-amp single (1) phase or 480-Volt three (3) phase. If the trailer is to be plugged in outdoors, a GFCI outlet is required. A vast majority of household/commercial outlets meet these requirements.

Can a unit run on a generator?

YES! In fact, we have generators available to run many of our trailers. Let us know if you require one when you make your reservation and we’ll make sure you have the power you need.

What do I need to do to prepare for delivery?

Not Much! All you need to do is have a relatively flat area picked out where we can drop the unit and have the required power readily available (unless running on a generator). We’ll take care of the rest!

What if there is a problem with my unit?

In the unlikely event that there is a problem, you can call our service hotline 24/7 at 1-855-522-4455. One of our staff will have you back up and running in no time.

How far away from an electrical service can a rental be placed?

All of our solutions come with up to 100’ feet of extension cord that can plug directly into the respective dedicated outlet. If the solution is to be placed further from an electrical source that an extension cord cannot reach, let us know ahead of time, and we’ll make sure there is a generator located conveniently near the trailer.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Absolutely! A reservation may be cancelled at any time. If a reservation is cancelled more than 7 days prior to the start date of the reservation, the deposit will be fully refunded. If the reservation is cancelled 7 days or less prior the start date of the reservation, the deposit is non-refundable.

Which payment methods do you accept?

In addition to cash and cheque, we accept ACH and EFT transfers as well as Visa® and Mastercard® and American Express®.

How do I reserve a rental?

Can I pick up my rental?

Yes, we do have a limited availability of solutions that can be picked up or towed at your convenience.

What security features do rental units have?

Each unit comes with a keyed padlock on the door to prevent unauthorized access to the contents inside and a hitch lock to prevent the trailer from being moved or stolen.
